If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us at (email address) so that we can assist you.
Return Eligibility
Eligible returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your item in order to receive a full refund.
After this time, returns may not be accepted or only store credit will be issued.
Eligible returns include ready to wear hats only.
Shipping & Responsibility
Please note that shipping costs are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom Hat Orders
Custom hat orders are non refundable.
We require a minimum non refundable £150 deposit at the time of order to guarantee materials and your place in the queue.
We are happy to place orders on a temporary hold if needed, however refunds will not be offered as the design and shape of the hat is unique to you.
